Copyright Infringement

If you believe this web site is hosting materials that violate your copyright, send a notice containing the following information:

  • The signature (electronic or physical) of the owner of the copyright or person(s) authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
  • A description of the allegedly infringed copyrighted work and a description of the alleged infringement.
  • A description of where the alleged infringing material is located at, such as its URL.

This notice should be sent via e-mail to copyright@antonmcclure.com. If the owner removes a material due to your notice, a copy of your notice may get displayed in place of the removed material(s).

Under section 512(f) of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that a material or activity is infringing or was removed by mistake/identification "shall be liable for any damages, including costs and attorneys' fees, incurred by the alleged infringer, by any copyright owner or copyright owner’s authorized licensee, or by a service provider, who is injured by such misrepresentation, as the result of the service provider relying upon such misrepresentation in removing or disabling access to the material or activity claimed to be infringing, or in replacing the removed material or ceasing to disable access to it."

Anton McClure reserves the right to review the allegedly infringing materials and determine whether it is infringing independently.

If the material(s) in question were provided by a third party, a copy of the notice will be forwarded to the person(s) who provided the allegedly infringing material(s). A separate copy may be sent (with your personal information removed) to a third-party that may publish and/or annotate it for research and educational purposes.

Software/Documentation Piracy

Pirated software or documentation (products), in addition to being sold/distributed illegally, may contain since-patched bugs/vulnerabilities, deliberate malware (often placed by the pirate(s) themselves), or other errors that can seriously damage one or more of your computers and/or other electronic devices. The software available from this web site is typically available either for free or with a free trial. Nothing is offered officially via torrents, off-site downloads, protocols outside of standard FTP and HTTP(S), nor are any of the products here sold in on-line auctions. If you believe products by Anton McClure are being copied, sold, or distributed without permission or appropriate licenses, please contact piracy@antonmcclure.com.
